iMYNTED is operated by iMYNTED LLC ("iMYNTED," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using iMYNTED (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure Statement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

5. Subscriptions & Billing
iMYNTED offers a free tier, a free trial period, and paid subscription tiers with expanded features. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Service Availability
Features may change, be added, removed, or be temporarily unavailable at any time. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data accuracy but make no guarantee regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iMYNTED and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or other damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any data or content provided herein.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
